Marwa is a dedicated and compassionate psychotherapist, she provides a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Her approach is grounded in a deep respect for each person’s unique journey, and tailor her therapy to meet the needs of each client. Marwa utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities to support healing and personal growth, including: CBT, DBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, Emotion Focused Therapy, Gottman Couple Method.
Marwa also integrates other techniques and approaches based on the individual needs of the clients, including self-compassion practices, and strengths-based interventions. Her goal is to help clients not only overcome challenges but also thrive in their lives.

Aida is a compassionate and skilled psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in providing mental health support to diverse populations. Holding a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Yorkville University, Aida specializes in treating mental health disorders. Her expertise encompasses evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
She is adept at crisis intervention, risk assessment, and supporting clients in achieving their goals through personalized treatment plans. Her clinical experience includes managing cases related to PTSD, anxiety, and depression, as well as providing guidance for families navigating significant challenges.
Aida is known for her dedication to holistic and client-centered care, leveraging her strong documentation, interpersonal, and cultural competency skills. Beyond therapy, Aida is committed to professional development and community engagement, regularly participating in workshops and networking events to support newcomers and enhance her clinical expertise.
